A rare opportunity exists for HR Reporting Analyst to join a newly formed team tasked with establishing the new Department of Government Services.
About us The Department of Government Services (DGS) was established on 1 January 2023 to improve everyone's experience of doing business and interacting with the Victorian government. We bring important day-to-day services together in one department to make things easy and seamless for Victorians and businesses. We are doing this by connecting and digitising our systems and platforms across state and local government as well as streamlining our corporate and procurement services.
About the role The HR Reporting Analyst plays a crucial role in collecting, structuring, analysing, and reporting on HR processes and data for the Department of Government Services (DGS).
About you To be considered for the role, you must be able to demonstrate:

- Exceptional skills in analysing and synthesising complex HR data and information from multiple sources and presenting it clearly and precisely, both verbally and in writing
- Experience with mapping, analysing, refining and modelling impacts of complex business processes and alternative service delivery models.
- The ability to produce high quality, accurate project plans and reports in a timely manner.
