Founded in 1886, MLC School is an independent, nonselective Uniting Church school for girls from Pre-Kindergarten to Year 12 in Sydney’s inner-west. Our tagline ‘dare to be more’ is not only our goal for our students, it applies equally to our staff.

**About the position**

The HR Administrator is responsible for providing high quality administrative and operational support to the Head of People and Culture (HoPC) and the People and Culture Team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the School's HR function and associated processes and systems.

**Selection Criteria**:
- Moderate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite-
- Excellent administrative, organisation and planning skills-
- Knowledge and experience in Human Resources and/or a School environment-
- Commitment to ongoing personal and professional development.-
- Dedicated focus on professional growth and development-
- CPR and First Aid Certification-
- State of the art facilities and collegiate environment-
