We have partnered with Independence Australia to source suitable talent for their amazing teams.

Based in Footscray they are looking for an experienced Pricing Coordinator to manage all pricing agreements and manage relationships with external stakeholders and contracts.

Reporting to the Pricing & Contract Manager you’ll provide vital administrative support for all things “PRICING”

Key Tasks & Responsibilities include.
- To provide administrative support to pricing negotiations and commercial matters
- Liaise with supplies and source samples and clarify pricing discrepancies
- Update pricing information in Excel and in ERP system
- Generate pricing reports
- Set new prices and conduct regular reviews on prices to ensure gross margin is maintained.
- Maintain record keeping in accordance with company reporting SOPs
- Promote a healthy and safe workplace and comply with safety procedures
- Participate in training where required
- Assist with audits and continuous improvements

We are seeking those with the following skills and experience
- Experience with managing pricing and supplier contracts
- Experience dealing with and managing relationships with suppliers and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication and phone manner
- Experience with ERP systems
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders
- Proficient in Excel, word and MS packages
- A genuine desire to work for not - for - profit organization
