Victoria University (VU) Polytechnic is the vocational education (TAFE) division of Victoria University which offers job ready qualifications, upskilling and reskilling for existing workers, pathways to further studies, workforce development and exposure to real-life work skills.

**About the Role?**
- Undertake assessment of student performance in accordance with the departments assessment tools
- Monitor student progression and attendance throughout the learning journey for the unit
- Contribute to the continuous improvement for the course by being involved with the design, development and validation of its training and assessment resources
- You will work closely with fellow Teachers and Senior Educators to provide the best learning experience for the students. As well as you will be contributing to the continuous improvement of its learning and assessment resources and methodologies.
- The qualification that you will teach is the Diploma of Nursing.

**What Position is Available**
- 1 x Full Time Ongoing Position at 38 hours per week

**Salary and Conditions of Employment**:

- For the full-time and part-time roles, the full-time equivalent salary range is from $83,505 pro rata per annum to $105,855 pro rata per annum, plus 10.5% superannuation and is dependent on experience and qualifications.
- Conditions of employment will be covered by the Victoria University's Vocational Teacher Enterprise Agreement 2019.

**About You**:
We are looking for an individual who:

- Wants to make a difference in the lives of our students and the workforce
- Maintains currency in industry and understands the scope of the Enrolled Nurse
- Is currently registered as a Registered Nurse (RN) with AHPRA
- Holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent
- Holds a Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent) or higher
- Holds a current Working with Children Check
- Teaching experience in an adult learning environment
