**Location**:Preferred Locations - Warragamba, Neapan Dam, Burrawang, Wallerawang / Alternate Locations - Goulburn, Queanbeyan, Parramatta
**Salary**: Starting from $112,042 base + super
**Tenure**: Permanent, Full-Time**What we are looking for**:

- A strong desire to contribute your skills and expertise to our business
- Someone who is of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander decent / identifies as an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander and is accepted as such by the community in which they were born, has lived or currently lives
- A commitment to promoting and preserving Aboriginal culture and value
- Open to all experience levels including labouring, fencing, vegetation management or equivalent.

- **Safety Culture**:Drive a generative safety-first culture based on collective ownership, recognition of positive behaviour, early risk identification and mitigation by engaging and coaching operational managers and field-based employees.
- **Environmental**:Work closely with the Environmental Services team to provide technical advice, leadership and address environmental factors that present risks to employee and public safety.
- **Investigation**:Work collaboratively with operational managers to proactively Investigate safety incidents, undertake risk-assessments, ensure ongoing monitoring of safety incidents to initiate corrective action
- **Increased Field-Presence**: working on-site, co-located with regional teams, based on an ongoing visit schedule to be agreed to by the Regional and Operational Safety teams.
