What this job involves
The purpose of the Mailroom Coordinator is to deliver Administration and Logistic support to the client, enhancing the employee experience of our colleagues through our onsite services and business administration support.
The start date for this role will be mid-January.
Delivery of key on
- site administration services for all major client offices across AU & NZ.
Deliver superior customer service through managing third party providers, ensuring they deliver services on time and on budget.
Build strong relationships with all stakeholders, respond to feedback, assist in the co-ordination and delivery of day to day running of office premises
Delivery of a high quality service including mail receipt, identification, processing and distribution.
Secure destruction of scanned correspondence and storage.
Assist with procurement and financial activities when required.
Assist the Workplace Coordinator/Corporate Concierge when required to ensure safe, clean and organised office, lobby and conference rooms

This role is perfect for someone with customer service experience, interpersonal and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and coordinate with others.
Strong computer literacy, able to manage daily activities using various systems.
Problem solving skills - capacity to deal with ambiguity and solve complex problems effectively.
Strong communicator with good presentation skills, also a good listener.
Passion for quality - has an eye for detail to make sure the best delivery of services.
