At Entain Australia and New Zealand as we're expanding our Personalisation journey and seeking a passionate problem solver, to play a pivotal role in our strategy for Ladbrokes & Neds. As the Personalisation Lead reporting to the Marketing Automation and Personalisation Manager, you'll manage key projects, delivering customer-focused solutions across the entire customer experience.

While experience in Personalisation is advantageous, we recognize it's a relatively new field. If you have a background in Product Management, Direct Marketing, Digital Project Management, or any role where you've acquired relevant, transferable skills, we encourage you to apply. Ultimately, we are seeking an individual with a customer-centric mindset, passionate about contributing to the strategic implementation of initiatives across all customer touchpoints.

**Your day-to-day...**
- Lead the development and management of an integrated, responsive, and scalable personalisation initiative to ensure we are delivering relevant communications across digital touchpoints.
- Develop plans to test new functionality and identify opportunities to leverage capabilities to meet the unique needs of our audiences.
- Identify and document opportunities, which should include a business case, a path to growth, an execution plan, and stakeholder buy-in.
- Work with the Insights & Analytics team to continually identify customer-focused, data-led opportunities.
- Present data-driven findings clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences, including senior management.
Work with business stakeholders on the creation of new personalisation capabilities and features to be developed and tested through iterative frameworks, including product ideation & delivery, machine learning & artificial intelligence-driven segmentation and omnichannel message & offer delivery.

- Ensures high quality of work, and relevance of the strategic and operational recommendations. You're not afraid to challenge the work in progress and the results and reorientate the approach and solution as needed.
- A keen interest in sport & racing (or at least, the data associated with it)
