**The Role**
The APS 5 Workforce & Administration Officer is accountable under limited direction to perform and achieve complex workforce and Administrative management and planning work within an integrated workforce. They are accountable to have and maintain a well-developed understanding of and compliance to relevant legislative frameworks, government decision-making and Defence’s mission and policy requirements.

APS 5 Workforce & Administration Officer include but not limited to activities such as recruitment, periodical staff reporting to the Joint Logistics Command (JLC) and Group, branch Finance for the Logistics Systems Branch (LSB).

Work with each Directorate of the LSB to manage internal and external training needs
Work with LSB Governance Officers to ensure that the relevant HR requirements are being managed in line with JLC and JCG directivesBuild and sustain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, exchange information to achieve business outcomes.
