Our teams across our Head Office (MHUB) and our DC (Treadshed) are growing, and as part of our commitment to the long-term success of our team members, we have a new opening for a Learning and Development Partner to join our People and Culture team.

More about the Role;
Reporting to the Head of Capability, your role will oversee the personal and professional development of our MHUB business, as well as across our Treadshed Distribution Centre. This role will work closely with those just starting their career through to our Executive Team.
Your role will partner closely with senior leadership teams, bringing a transformative approach to managing programs and delivering blended learning solutions tailored to a diverse workforce. We have an ambitious and exciting future, making the Learning and Development role a critical hire in ensuring our team continue to flourish and grow.
What your day will look like.
As the Learning and Development Partner, you'll wrap your arms around exciting programs, including...
- Organisational design, strategy, training calendar for MHub & Tread
- Content creation and delivery
- Managing multiple and complex projects for MHub & Tread Shed
- Manages the Munro Experience strategy across M Hub & Tread Shed
- The overhaul and re-imagining of our employee onboarding, with a particular focus on the support office journey
- Evaluating and uplifting our professional development offering
More about you;
We're looking forward to hearing about your experience of developing and implementing L&D strategies and practices that ensures that the organisation has the right resources and capability to achieve its objectives.
- Proven experience as an L&D Partner in a role with multiple stakeholder engagement
- Experience in project management, gap analysis, budgeting and managing outcomes
- Proven strength and experience as a critical and strategic thinker.
- Designing and delivering blended end-to-end learning solutions; face-to-face and virtual environments with the ability to execute through software tools and platforms
- E-learning literate across a range of Learning Management Systems (LMS), self-authoring and resource tools, and training programs
- Strategic, both in development and execution
- Excellent communications skills, confident at presenting and high-level engagement with senior leadership
- Preferably qualified in either training, psychology, human resources, business, or a relevant field.
