Shipping and Receiving Specialist

The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated Shipping and Receiving Specialist to support a world class airborne surveillance, communications and battle management system, the E-7A Wedgetail. The position is located at Williamtown RAAF Base, New South Wales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct BDA warehouse operations.
- Support the accountability for the warehouse and inventory in accordance to Commonwealth and Boeing policy.
- Support the accountability of inventory and accounts including Serviceable, Repairable, Quarantine and Disposal Accounts in accordance with Commonwealth and Boeing policy.
- Assist with the provision and distribution of inventory to meet all internal and external customers' requirements which includes repairable items in order to meet the operational schedules.
- Processing (Inventory Management System) transactions to support project activities as required.
- Contribute to the development of a safety culture that aligns with Boeing policy.

Experience/Qualifications
- Demonstrated understanding in a supervisory role.
- Demonstrated understanding of, supply support roles and functions.
- Understanding of receipt and dispatch of goods and services.
- Understanding of Logistic Management Systems.
- Must obtain and hold a Secret security clearance.

Highly desirable
- Baseline Security clearance or better
- Experience working within an aviation environment
