Are you an experienced banking professional looking for your next challenge? Do you love to provide exceptional, face to face client experience? If so, this could be the opportunity you are looking for.

We are currently looking for a passionate client experience professional to join our branch in Barangaroo, Sydney.

Working in a close-knit and supportive team within the branch, you will process transactions with accuracy and efficiency, problem solve to manage client enquiries and you will use your knowledge to educate clients on our Banking and Financial Services products, including promoting the use of our digital platforms. You will also have the opportunity to work on additional business-related projects.

To be successful in this role, you will display the following skills:

- Knowledge of a range of banking products - including home loans, credit cards, superannuation and digital banking products.
- High levels of attention to detail.
- The ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Active listening skills.
- Resilience - as you will be working in a busy and ever-changing environment.
- You will ideally have prior client service experience within the banking industry - branch experience is preferred, but not essential. You may also have experience supporting retail banking customers in a contact centre environment.
