**Company**
Our client is a rapidly growing producer and marketer of high-quality gourmet poultry with exciting plans to expand their offering from high end food service into retail lines. The company’s products are marketed both domestically and overseas.

**Role**
Due to unprecedented business growth a new position has been created to manage the manufacturing process of the business. The position will also involve direct interaction with major customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Leadership of a small but growing manufacturing team
- Maximise operational efficiency
- Instil a culture of continuous improvement

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in manufacturing team leadership
- The ability to establish and deliver agreed kpi’s
- Demonstrated ability to manage a small team which may be culturally diverse
- Prior experience within the poultry and/or meat industry supply chain will be highly regarded but is not essential

**Location**
Coominya, approximately one hour west of Brisbane CBD.
