**Client Services Manager**

We are seeking a Client Service Manager to join our National Small Business team, who are supporting retention and growth for Australia’s Small Businesses and clients through a new digital experience within Aon. We have an extensive presence across Australia, with representation in NSW/VIC and QLD capitals and an extensive regional branch network.

Be part of this evolving journey, take the next step in your leadership career as you focus on on-boarding, coaching, and mentoring a cohort of new junior brokers, who will work closely with our National Small Business team to implement process and protocols which focus on retention and x-sell of the small business portfolio. This Client Service Manager is considered a key driver to our long-term success within this team and will work closely with leadership to drive positive results in the National Small Business segment.

**What the day will look like**
- Lead a diverse and high performing team
- Contribute to the development and execution of National small business strategies
- Support and coach colleagues in managing a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries
- Onboarding, Train and Coach Business Insurance Consultants (BICs) in managing key stakeholder relationships and to enhance the client experience
- Work with BICs to identify growth and profitable business opportunities within NSB
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the National Small Business segment
- Mentorship and development of team members within the region
- Achieve assigned retention targets across National Small Business teams
- Engage and collaborate with Client Managers/Team Leads across National, and other relevant divisions to ensure appropriate buy-in & understanding of National Small Business and proposition to drive retention and growth opportunities
- Develop and promote a growth mindset across NSB colleagues
- Drive thought leadership and innovation with NSB colleagues and clients

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**

This position will suit a someone with the following experience:

- Experience and interest in insurance and risk management for clients in the National Small Business sector
- First-class communication and presentation skills
- A keen entrepreneurial spirit, with demonstrated track record of delivery of results including growth and retention targets
- Strong technical understanding of a broad range of Commercial Insurance products
- Leadership and management experience
- Experience in Microsoft 365 product suite particularly Excel and SharePoint
- Bachelor’s degree, Tier 1 Qualification and/or relevant working experience
- Leading teams (actual or project based) and/or mentoring, training, and leading team members in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience within Broking environment, retention management and execution, pipeline management, financial analysis of opportunities
