About the Role:
The Operations Coordinator plays an instrumental role in ensuring the day to day operations of the Customer Growth business area are executed efficiently and effectively. They will complete a variety of tasks that touch all customer growth channels, that need to be completed with a high level of accuracy and speed. These tasks are primarily administrative and analytical in nature, acting as a support function to ensure that appropriate focus is able to be given across acquisition, retention and renewal activity.

The Operations Coordinator will work within a team that will involve take responsibility for tasks that can be both customer facing and non-customer facing for both Momentum customers and external partners. The tasks that are the responsibility for this role will operate across all customer segments, including mass market residential, mass market SME, and commercial and industrial.
- Provide operational support to the Customer Growth team to ensure there are no logístical or process barriers to the team achieving site, volume and profitability sales targets in both mass market and commercial and industrial segments.
- Develop key relationships across the Momentum Energy business to ensure Customer Growth initiatives can be brought to life
- Be an escalation point and active problem solver for both internal and external stakeholders
- Be curious, analytical and seek to understand and implement solutions that will drive the future success of the customer growth team.
- Create and drive a first class compliant and commercially driven environment that puts the customer at the heart of every activity.

About You and Your Experience:

- Solid experience in a corporate environment, preferably in Energy Retail.
- Written and verbal communication skills including the ability to collate and clearly communicate information to others.
- Computer literacy, in particular experience using Microsoft excel.
- Ability to plan and schedule priorities, manage strict deadlines and adapt to changing situations
- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and competing demands to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
- Ability to solve complex issues through identification and implementation of viable solutions
- Well developed investigation and problem solving skills
- High attention to detail
- Experience in a Commercial and Industrial environment.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM or other commercial customer management platform.
