As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Project Management**:

- Supervise and coordinate construction projects from planning to completion.
- Ensure all aspects of the project comply with safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement project plans.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Lead and manage on-site construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure efficient project execution.
- **Quality Control**:

- Monitor construction activities to ensure workmanship meets project specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any quality issues promptly.
- Implement corrective actions to maintain high-quality standards.
- **Communication**:

- Foster effective communication among project team members and stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates to project managers on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Mandarin and English speaking (preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
- OSHA certification and other relevant certifications are a plus.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

**Application Deadline: 29th February 2024**

**Salary**: $55,347.46 - $139,089.73 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Construction: 2 years (preferred)

- Australia (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Welshpool, WA (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Welshpool, WA: Relocate before starting work (preferred)

Work Location: In person
