As a Clinical Consultant in the Upper Extremities Division, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption and utilization of Stryker's revolutionary Blueprint software in shoulder arthroplasty procedures. You will collaborate closely with surgeons, operating room staff, and hospital administrators, showcasing the unique capabilities of our software and providing expert guidance throughout the surgical process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive training sessions and educational programs on Blueprint software, ensuring healthcare professionals understand its features and benefits.
- Collaborate with surgeons to plan and execute surgical cases, leveraging the capabilities of the Blueprint software to optimize patient outcomes.
- Provide technical support during surgeries, troubleshooting any issues that may arise and offering real-time guidance to surgical teams.
- Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals, showcasing the value and impact of our innovative solutions.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, hospital administrators, and clinical staff.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., medical science, biomedical engineering) or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of shoulder anatomy and surgical techniques, particularly in the context of shoulder arthroplasty.
- Proven experience working in a clinical or surgical setting, preferably as a clinical consultant or surgical technologist.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
- Adept at problem-solving and critical thinking, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
