Based in South Brisbane, we provide top-tier transport and roadside assistance services both locally and interstate to a variety of clients, including motor vehicle manufacturers, dealerships, insurance companies, fleet management firms, finance agencies, government agencies, and more.

Role Responsibilities

In this role, you'll be a crucial member of our customer service team, handling incoming calls and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Your duties include responding to enquiries, providing quotes, booking jobs in a timely manner, and allocating jobs to our tow truck drivers and patrols. As a dispatcher, you're in control and play a significant role in directing our driver team.

**Salary**: $74,602.14 per year
