The Centre

Prepare for a world of wonder at Guardian Coopers Plains. Our expansive and light-filled indoor/outdoor play areas are filled with Reggio-inspired materials and resources. With huge windows connecting children to the community, our educators will lead structured and unstructured learning experiences, nurturing each child’s natural skills and curiosity.

The Opportunity

In this thrilling role as a Lead Educator, you’ll work closely with a team of passionate Educators and the Center Leadership Team. Get ready for:
✨ Developing and nurturing meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the center community.
✨ Leading and guiding teams in developing and implementing innovative early learning programs that reflect the latest early years thinking and practice.
✨ Documenting and sharing children’s learning and development with families, creating lasting connections.
✨ Active involvement in implementing and embracing the Guardian Curriculum.
✨ Immersive professional learning and development programs, career pathways, and an inclusive learning environment that thrives on collaboration.

To be part of this extraordinary journey as a Lead Educator, you’ll need:
✨ A completed Diploma in Children’s Services (or working towards it).
✨ Prior experience in long day-care, igniting young minds in their early years. ✨ Sound, practical knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
✨ A current Working with Children’s Check, ensuring the safety and well-being of our little learners.
