**The Centre**
anzuk is proud to be working with this beautiful and established centre on Brisbane's South Side. This service is focused on providing a supportive and nurturing environment for children and educators. The management team and Owner are looking for a Lead Educators to hit the ground running.

**The Opportunity**
As the Room leader, you will be responsible for the programming, care and safety of children in the room. You will be supported by 2 assistant educators, an educational leader, and management team to provide the best program possible for the children. You will be given the opportunity to step into the 2IC position if you are able to showcase your skills and leadership qualities This is all possible within only months.

**The Benefits**
You will be rewarded with industry leading award rates (up to $35/per hour), flexible shifts and ongoing professional development. Most of all we are looking for someone with a spark and passion for what they do and a willingness to lead others.

**The Ideal Educator**
You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable talking to parents and managing teams.
- Hold a diploma in Children’s services (Or ACECQA assessed equivalent)
- Has a current First aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis
- Hold a current Blue Card
- Right to work in Australia
