Redpath Partners are exclusively working with a global, multibillion dollar investment manager who is seeking a Construction Superintendent to ensure the construction quality of x2 landmark BTR projects in Melbourne.

Ideally having experience in both lead contractor and client-side/development this person will oversee construction quality through periodic inspections, delivering reports highlighting any issues that may require rectification or attention from the contractor.

**Job Duties Include**
- Examining design documentation and construction details to ensure optimal practices.
- Providing buildability advice and conducting reviews with owners, designers, and contractors.
- Identifying suitable inspection and test points throughout the construction process.
- Conducting on-site inspections during the construction phase.
- Evaluating compliance with relevant Australian Standards and Building Codes for specific details.
- Scrutinising manufacturers' installation guides to ensure accurate installation and uphold product warranties and guarantees.
- Generating comprehensive inspection reports.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Construction or relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 15 years’ relevant experience with hands-on skill dealing with construction management in high-rise residential projects for a contractor and/or developer.
- In-depth experience and knowledge of Building Regulations, being well-versed in the coordination of services and construction details.
- Proven track record in inspection and report of a construction site.
