**About the role**: As our Capability Program Coordinator, you will provide high quality, confidential administrative support and work collaboratively with other staff members to facilitate effective and efficient support. This would be a 12 month contract role.
- General administrative support including diary management, travel bookings,, records and file management, setting up supplier contracts in systems, payment of invoices, processing government incentive claims and reconciliation of credit card statements.
- Coordination of meetings and functions including room bookings, equipment bookings, supporting video conferencing, sending meeting requests and agendas, arranging catering if required, developing presentations, taking meeting minutes and action items.
- Support the delivery of Aurizon’s suite of Leadership Programs including processing nominations, scheduling workshops and tracking participant progress.
- Support the Aurizon Apprentice and Trainee program by processing all government incentive claims, tracking participant progress and liaising with relevant government bodies and supporting RTO’s.
- Provide assistance as required for functional/divisional initiatives.
- Liaise and act as a point of contact between internal senior executives, external business leaders and members of the public to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
- Maintain an awareness of senior leadership team issues, responsibilities and priorities.
- Contribute to the preparation, review and distribution of reports and communication documents.

- High level of skill in providing quality services in a dynamic work environment that is results oriented and continually develops constructive and productive working relationships.
- High level of interpersonal, written and oral communication skills with a strong focus and proven ability in the management of matters of a confidential and sensitive nature.
- High level of skill in establishing, monitoring and managing information and knowledge, records and tasks.
- High level of skill in prioritising work and time management in a pro-active manner with minimum direction.
- High level of organisational, problem solving and decision making skills, as well as skills in business process improvement.
- Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of programs and SAP to enhance administrative support
