**About Dolly's Dream
Dolly’s Dream was created by Kate and Tick Everett following the tragic loss of their 14-year-old daughter, Dolly, to suicide, after ongoing bullying. Kate and Tick’s goal is to prevent other families walking this road.

They want to change the culture of bullying by addressing the impact of bullying, anxiety, depression and youth suicide, through education and direct support to young people and families.

Position in context

Dolly’s Dream was set up in memory of Dolly Everett, aged 14, who took her own life after an extended period of bullying and cyber bullying. Dolly left behind her parents Tick and Kate and her sister Meg, who are now focused on using the funds that have been kindly donated by the community to help prevent other families from going through the same devastating experience.

Reporting to the Dolly’s Dream Communications Manager, the Dolly’s Dream Communications Coordinator is a member of the Dolly’s Dream team.

This role is formally based in South Melbourne. We support our staff to work flexibly, both in location and hours, based on the premise that work will remain the focus of any arrangement. How and where you work is discussed with each staff member based on individual circumstances, role requirements and accountability for delivery of high-quality work.

The Communications Coordinator will be responsible for the Dolly’s Dream social media and website managements, as well as supporting the overall communication strategy.

Major job responsibilities
- Develop and implement an engaging social media calendar that promotes our work, including posting, scheduling, and monitoring of Dolly’s Dream social media accounts.
- Manage Dolly’s Dream social media inboxes and respond in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Maintain and consistently review the Dolly’s Dream website, including uploading new content and revising existing content.
- Coordinate the Dolly’s Dream monthly newsletter, compiling stories, writing content, and distributing via Mailchimp.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of digital campaigns for awareness and acquisition with a strong focus on lead generation and conversion across multiple digital channels, including all paid digital activity for acquisition and retargeting campaigns across social media and SEM.
- Manage SEO including our Google Business Profile and monitoring of reviews, respond to customer feedback and maintain a positive online reputation.
- Coordinate data for reports to measure performance against our KPls for digital marketing activities and campaigns, generate actionable insights and learnings and communicate to relevant stakeholders.
- Undertake out of hours social media monitoring on rostered days.
- Developing long-term relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and organisations.
- Work closely and collaborate with the AMF D&C team to encourage and foster a knowledge sharing culture. As part of that, regular check-ins will provide learning insights, information sharing, ensuring consistency with overall Foundation objectives, along with the opportunity to exchange expertise.
- Work with people leader to develop and successfully execute a personal work plan that is aligned with the strategic objectives of the Foundations to meet key deliverables.
- Contributing positively to the Foundation’s culture of We are stronger together through developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with colleagues. Other tasks as directed by the Communications Manager, CEO and Executive Team.

Knowledge, experience & requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a related role, and relevant qualifications or work experience in communication, marketing, or related field.
