**About the company**
- This OEM is a major player in the equipment scene, with key brands in the Agricultural and Construction Equipment segments. They sell and service a wide range of brands through an extensive dealer network in Australia and New Zealand.- This company offers clear career progression opportunities and training through their organisation.**About the role**- NOTE: This is a remote working/work from home position to be based in the Eastern states of Australia._
- In essence, you will bring your analytical, interpersonal, creative thinking, business management and leadership skills to the forefront from day one, to develop and drive growth and improve the sustainability of the distribution network.- You will also:
- Formulate and implement strategies to optimise the dealer network footprint being considerate of current and emerging industry trends to ensure business resilience over the medium to long term
- Manage and perform competitive analysis and benchmarking of dealers to maximise market share and service & parts penetration.
- Manage Seeding & Tillage Dealer network performance and where appropriate facilitate the Dealer Performance Improvement Program.
- Support and drive key Network Development activities such as dealer quality standards, dealer visual identity, dealer financial improvement, and dealer advisory boards as required
- You do not need to come from an Agricultural background for this role - Automotive, Truck or any other retail dealership or OEM would be suitable.- The role will work with dealers all over Australia and New Zealand, so some travel can be expected.- On offer is a generous annual base salary of around $120,000 + bonus, vehicle and many other corporate perks**About Teamrecruit**- For further information about this or any other roles, please contact1327397
