**ABOUT YOUR ROLE**

As the Digital Activation Manager - Coles, you will be responsible for the activation of CCEP partner brands through Coles Digital Sales and Marketing channels.

Reporting to the Head of Digital, you will play an integral role in working closely with business stakeholders where you will consult and guide the organisation on best-in-class digital activation, innovation & sales team collaboration.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
- Development & execution of 12-month Digital Marketing Plan across Coles
- Responsible for seamless integration of Digital marketing within the omnichannel P2P and segmented execution
- Deliver eCommerce Test & Learn initiatives against joint priorities to drive future category growth
- Ensure we co-author all Commercial Business plans (JBP/ JCP)
- Establish and deploy channel and customer strategies, including unlocking new brand opportunities
- Input & present at Customer Planning Days, Strategy & Sessions
- As Online Activation Specialist, work to embed capability within each of the account teams
- Identify and work with internal stakeholders to unlock eCommerce priority portfolio to deliver incremental growth
- Responsible for Best-in-Class Digital Shelf & SOV SEO activation
- Manage Agencies in conjunction with brand teams to deliver best practice SEM (promotional grid, activations & KSW alignment), media activation & share back to the business on a monthly basis
- Conduct PCR's; deliver optimisation recommendations & actionable insights to be shared across channels to improve marketing performance metrics
- Own the omnichannel P2P; ensure creative & comms are aligned to broader campaign objectives, each touchpoint is optimised and that the shopper CX is seamlessly integrated both on & offline
- Drive & own online only events & promotional plans
- Work with Digital Strategy Manager to drive change to future proof our online business.
- Own and represent all online channel activity in CELL Meetings

**Reporting**
- Data analysis creating digital reporting performance decks when required to make data driven decisions for future digital marketing and sales investments.

**LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU**
- Ideally Marketing or Sales degree/background
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in trade marketing in an FMCG or Retail - must have experience in Digital Marketing
- Experience managing agency & third-party relationships
- Demonstrate strong commercial acumen
- Ability to collaborate & influence multiple layers of Management
- Lateral thinker, problem solver and ability to work autonomously
- Ability to interpret insights and derive recommendations which will drive volume or profit outcomes which are win-win for CCEP and customer
- Well-developed presentation confidence and professionalism with the ability to manage varying customer & team personality styles
- Understand Sales and Customer landscape
- Excellent process and planning behaviours
- Ability to foster and grow business relationships
- Ability to communicate business initiative rollout effectively
