**Position: Account Manager - Library Solutions**
**Location: Queensland, Australia**
- Fully remote role
- QLD Territory with quarterly travel to NT & WA

- $100k-$110k + super + $12k Car allowance + Toll tag + bonus

As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in their mission by managing key government accounts, including councils, and driving growth through strategic partnerships and exceptional client service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within government accounts, understanding their needs and aligning our clients solutions to address them effectively.
- **Business Development**: Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to ensure alignment with client needs and market trends.
- **Customer Advocacy**: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, advocating for their needs within the organization and ensuring prompt resolution of any issues.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in account management, preferably within the government or education sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and navigate large organizations effectively.
- Ability to travel - this role will involve significant travel, both all over the state, but also to NT and WA.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Knowledge of library systems or related industries is a plus.
