**The Opportunity**

An Exciting opportunity exist within the **People and Culture Directorate** to join us as a **Principal HR Business Partner (ASO7) to support WCHN to be a leading and respected organisation by coaching managers to enable a great culture, enhance the capability of our workforce, create high performing interprofessional teams, support continuous improvement and optimise staff wellbeing.**

Role Responsibilities:

- Provide expert consultancy services in human resources management, development, and employee relations
- Establish productive working relationships and resolve complex HR issues in line with SA Health policies
- Offer advice on position classification, remuneration, disability management, grievances, disputes, and misconduct matters
- Assist and Coach managers to promote a positive culture and enhance workforce capability
- Contribute to the implementation of HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational objectives

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Experience in Leading HR teams across various HR functions.
- Strong interpersonal and oral/verbal communication skills for effective communication and negotiation.
- The ability to work independently, manage projects and deadlines, and set priorities effectively.
- A Proficiency in conducting complex investigations, analysing data, and developing solutions.
- The ability to Design and evaluate HR policies and initiatives.
- An Understanding of contemporary HR practices and public sector policies.
- Familiarity with change management and organizational development.
- Familiarity with person-centered care and consumer engagement principles.
