About Hamilton Centre (Eastern Health)
Hamilton Centre is the newly designed statewide specialist service for people living with mental illness and substance use or addiction. Established in response to the recommendations of the Royal Commission into Victoria's Mental Health System, Hamilton Centre aims to provide improved access to specialist services, increased support for mental health professionals, and better evidence-based practice. As the central hub connecting with Clinical Networks across the state, Hamilton Centre offers expert advice, delivering better outcomes for Victorians seeking treatment for mental health concerns and substance addiction.

As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the reputation of Hamilton Centre through strategic communications. Your focus will be on developing effective messaging and engagement strategies to promote services and activities to target population groups, including health professionals and services.
About you
The role will focus on organisation communications activities across traditional and online platforms to promote services and activities, including:
Website content and design;
Telehealth clinical and consultation services;
Face-to-face clinical and consultation services
Research
Education

**Requirements**:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Advanced knowledge and skills in media and communication best practices.
Proven experience in developing strategic communications and messaging.
Ability to effectively engage with target population groups, including health professionals and services.
Strong collaboration skills to work closely with the broader communications team and stakeholders.
