A new and exciting opportunity now available for a motivated and experienced Legal Assistant to grow their career in a leading Intellectual Property Firm recognised for its supportive team culture, cohesive workplace and staff longevity.

**About the role....**
As a key member of the Patent team, you'll enjoy working in a fast paced environment and be exposed to working with high profile clients on a global basis. Assisting a Senior Associate and an Associate some of your responsibilities will include, but not limited to;
- preparing patent schedules for clients
- screening telephone calls
- monitoring daily deadlines
- handling and processing files
- diary & calendar management
- general administration

**About you...**
To secure this exciting opportunity you will have 2 -4 years experience as a Legal Assistant with a genuine desire to work in Intellectual Property. You will also have;
- proficient skills in MS Office and database management
- ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- exceptional attention to detail
- strong inter-personal and communication skills
- a positive team attitude with a strong customer service focus
