**About the role**
Queensland Rail have a vacancy for an experienced Personal Assistant to support the General Manager Customer Assets and Senior Manager Rollingstock Maintenance based at Mayne Yard at Bowen Hills.

The Personal Assistant will play a crucial role in managing busy schedules, coordinating meetings, handling important correspondence, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

**Day-to-day responsibilities of this role will include.**
- Diary management - prioritising important meetings and tasks to meet deadlines
- Review and proofread important correspondence and reports ensuring accuracy and quality
- Liaise with all levels of the organization, building strong relationships and facilitating effective communication
- Assist in the coordination and preparation of meetings, including agenda creation, minute-taking, and follow-up actions

**About you**
- High level administrative experience
- Display a highly organized approach to tasks, ensuring all deadlines are met and information is well-managed
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills - with ability to establish and develop working relationships with different stakeholders
- Ability to be agile and highly adaptable to changing plans/ targets
