**About The Centre**
Thrive ELC Merrylands is our 68 place centre located in Sydney's Western Sydney and follows a play-based learning approach in a bright and modern building with plenty of indoor and outdoor space for children to explore.

**About The Role**
We have an exciting opportunity for an educator with a **completed diploma qualification** to join the team in a permanent full time capacity and **lead our preschool room.**

**Your main responsibilities will be to**:
- To build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families and fellow educators
- Have a sound knowledge of and demonstrate high-quality practice in line with the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Provide assistance to other Educators in the room
- Maintain a positive working relationship with team members
- Maintain effective communication with parents
- Actively contribute to the educational program, observations and documentation, using Kinderm8 and informal opportunities
**This will suit someone with a passion for providing high quality education looking for somewhere you can make a real difference**
- A recognised Diploma qualification in Children's Services
- Current First Aid and Asthma/Anaphylaxis Certificates
- Child Protection training
- A valid NSW Employee Working with Children Check
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
