Thrive ELC Merrylands is our 68 place centre located in Sydney's Western Sydney and follows a play-based learning approach in a bright and modern building with plenty of indoor and outdoor space for children to explore.

**The Role**

**About The Role**

We have an exciting opportunity for an educator with a **completed diploma qualification** to join the team in a **permanent full time capacity**.

**Join a supportive centre where your ideas, input, and voice are not only heard but welcomed and encouraged**

**Your main responsibilities will be to**:

- To build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families and fellow educators
- Have a sound knowledge of and demonstrate high-quality practice in line with the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Provide assistance to other Educators in the room
- Maintain a positive working relationship with team members
- Maintain effective communication with parents
- Actively contribute to the educational program, observations and documentation, using Kinderm8 and informal opportunities

We are looking for someone with experience in programming and the ability to inspire, motivate and maintain a positive learning culture within the centre for children, families and colleagues.

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care qualification
- Sound, practical working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) & National Quality Standard (NQS).
