We are hiring for a Test _
- Lead_

Objectives
- Create a RBA values aligned culture, enabling an environment for high levels of employee engagement and achievement.
- Lead, plan and execute testing related deliverables across various test levels that include both functional and non-functional testing.
- Provide advice in relation to business change strategy, structure, processes, frameworks and planning, and lead and manage projects, programs or initiatives that contribute to the organisation's strategic goals.
- Ensure operational accountability in regards to people leadership, budget and processes.
- Lead, guide and develop individuals, and teams to effectively achieve positive outcomes agreed by key stakeholders.
- Enable and recognise workforce performance in a way that encourages continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the improvement of policies, products, systems and processes that enables the support of large and complex project activities.
- Develop and implement project and business change management strategies, frameworks, practices and reporting to ensure effective and efficient management of the Bank’s change initiatives.
- Identify and respond to issues, risks and opportunities, maintaining key controls and ensuring appropriate processes are in place.
- Establish and maintain internal and external relationships, communicating and collaborating effectively with key stakeholders to successfully deliver change.

Technical Capabilities
- Experience in stakeholder management and extensive experience in strategic test leadership and planning.
- Knowledge of risk management processes and the ability to proactively mitigate risks.
- Demonstrated understanding of responsibilities in relation to health, safety and holistic wellbeing.
- Familiarity with area specific relevant policies, systems and processes, and the ability to help others understand and follow them.
- Experience working in a project environment adopting agile ways of working.
- Experience in managing resourcing, scheduling, reporting and the different stages of a project lifecycle.
- Significant knowledge of project, change management, business analysis and/or testing methodologies, frameworks, techniques and tools.
- Good understanding and technical expertise in the area under management.
- Ability to lead, direct and guide the work of others including setting goals and prioritising the work to achieve operational results.
- Experience in large-scale cloud transformation programs desirable.

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
