**The Opportunity**
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Software Development Specialist, in which you will lead multiple global scrum teams in using Agile methodology and scrum practices, helping the product owners and development team to achieve customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for removing impediments, coaching the team, resolving conflicts, and supporting the product owners.
In this role you will use specialised knowledge and skills to solve complex and unique problems, or direct the daily activities of a business, technical support, or functional support team.
Other responsibilities include:
- Highly experienced in Azure DevOps functionality, tracking, and project management
- Lead multiple scrum teams in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
- Organize the product owners and development team to achieve customer satisfaction
- Coordinate to remediate impediments and coach the scrum team on resolving blocks
- Mediate conflicts and issues that occur between the cross functional teams.
- Train others in scrum team to achieve higher levels of scrum/agile maturity
- Support the product owners and provide education where needed
**Who are you?**
As a scrum master you will have a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline or area with at least 5+ years’ work experience along with experience with Azure DevOps and software development. You must have Sound judgement, attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through on actions including the flexibility to perform in an ever-changing work environment along with Knowledge in development and change management techniques.
Other requirements:
- Scrum Master Certification required
- Ability to analyse and think quickly and to resolve conflict
- Ability to adapt to work with and lead multiple teams in different time zones
- Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast paced changing environment
- Self-motivation and ability to remain focused in the middle of distraction
- The ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear, concise manner (verbal and written) across functional and technical departments
- Possess the capacity to work on multiple tasks at any one time, handling conflicting demands, prioritize workload and effectively delegate while maintaining high quality standards
- Expertise in rapidly comprehending the functions and capabilities of new technologies
