Plumbing Designer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hydraulic Plumbing Designer to contribute their knowledge and skill to our projects and join our team.

**Position**:
Hydraulic Plumbing Designer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to design efficient and effective hydraulic plumbing systems for various projects.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to gather relevant information for plumbing system design.
- Develop detailed plumbing system drawings, specifications, and calculations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Collaborate with the construction team during the implementation phase to address design-related issues and provide on-site support as required.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in plumbing design, materials, and technologies.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- 5 years experience in Hydraulic Commercial Plumbing Design
- Knowledge of all aspects of Hydraulic Services including experience with local requirements and various site conditions.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, and other relevant design software.
- Conversant with BMW documentation and design requirements
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and standards
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-orientated with a strong analytical mindset.
- Experience with sustainable and energy-efficient plumbing design.
- Familiarity with Building Information Modelling (BIM) (preferred)
- Diploma of Plumbing and Hydraulic Design (preferred)
- Current or previously licensed Plumber (preferred)
