**The Role**
- Provision of Entry Level Program development and administration
- Positively influence the Entry Level Program Team and effectively manage the workload to deliver outcomes in a timely manner
- Provide support and recruitment advice to business areas
- Prepare and forward plan recruitment activities in consultation with key stakeholders
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to build strong working relationships
- Accurate data entry and high attention to detail
- Provide tailored advice to line areas in response to Entry Level Program recruitment queries
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite

The **Recruitment and Attraction** team play an instrumental role in enabling ASD’s expansion and supporting the evolution of our organisation.

Our team facilitates and supports end-to-end recruitment activities for ASD across bulk, campaign, ad hoc and Entry Level Program recruitment. We operate in a dynamic, fast paced team environment, where our people are encouraged to be innovative, creative and contribute to continuous improvement. We pride ourselves on providing approachable, quality customer service and advice to our stakeholders, underpinned by legislative and policy frameworks.

An experienced Human Resources or Recruitment professional with a passion for Entry Level Program recruitment with demonstrated ability to influence team workloads to deliver required outcomes.
