**About the role**:
An exciting opportunity exists for a passionate and enthusiastic
**Trainer / Assessor - Certificate III in Individual Support** with comprehensive knowledge and experience in workplace training and assessment specifically in the field of Aged Care, Community or Disability Services.

**Skills and experience**:

- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated ability to deliver training and assessment solutions to identified workgroups
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or working towards
- Relevant qualifications in Aged Care, Disability Services and or Individual Support Highly Desirable
- Demonstrated ability to use technology in learning and a high level of IT skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office products
- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills
- Skills and experience working as a Registered Nurse (RN) highly regarded
