This Workplace Trainer/Assessor role is responsible for training and assessing employees in a specific field or industry. They work with businesses to improve employee skills and knowledge, ensuring that they meet safety & security requirements, industry standards, and regulations.

Our trainer/assessor will work with clients in the hospitality industry. They will be attending and delivering a range of training courses in different venues each day. This role is exciting and dynamic as our trainer/assessor will engage with a range of different clients.

The job duties of a Workplace Trainer/Assessor include:

- Delivering training programs to employees
- Conducting practical assessments of employee skills and knowledge
- Monitoring employee progress and providing feedback
- Keeping up-to-date with industry standards and regulations
- Working with management to identify training needs and opportunities
- Providing support to employees to help them achieve their goals and improve their performance
- Maintaining accurate records of training and assessment activities
- Providing reports at the conclusion of training sessions

To be successful in this role, a Workplace Trainer/Assessor should have the following:

- Qualification and industry experience in TAE40116 or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Qualification and industry experience in HLTAID011 & 009 Provide First Aid
- Valid NSW driver license and own car
- Experience in security & safety industry is preferable but not essential

**Job Types**: Part-time, Subcontract, Casual, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $90.00 - $120.00 per hour
