A great opportunity has become available for a dedicated Stewarding Supervisor to lead a large team of stewards in Crown Melbourne’s Events & Conferencing Department. This is your opportunity to join the team responsible for some of Victoria’s most prestigious events

You will guide a large team of Kitchen Stewards on a daily basis providing continuous training and ensuring the smooth operations of the department.

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous experience in a high volume catering environment in a supervisory capacity
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to provide direction and motivate others
- Good communication and organisation skills
- Strong knowledge of HACCP and ability to enforce hygiene standards
- Ability to work around a 24/7 rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
