The Retail Support Advisor provides leadership and support to the Myer Store and Support Office teams on exciting Customer and Team member programs and initiatives that directly influence the ongoing performance improvement of the business.
- 12 Month Fixed Term Contract position based in VIC
- Hybrid working model - offering flexibility in working across our Support Office, Stores and working remotely.

**About the role**:

- Support the development, introduction and maintenance of key programs that support the Myer Strategy, including Retail Programs, such as store leadership KPI’s, customer experience initiatives, and store network initiatives
- Support the operation and maintenance of the system, including administrative functions, such as the financial management and reporting
- Responsible for the development of strategic communications and content
- Provide operational support to stores and support office in areas such as policies, technology, systems, procedures, and compliance

**About you**:

- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent Leadership skills with ability to establish and maintain strong internal and external (supplier) relationships.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience in SQL Database management highly desired.
