Green Leaves Early Learning Ashgrove is nestled away right in the heart of Ashgrove, just 5km outside the Brisbane CBD, close to the shopping centre and public transport with onsite parking. Spanning over two levels, our spacious, bright and inviting learning hubs are filled with rich, warm timber resources opening out to beautiful outdoor environments filled with trees and fresh air allowing children time to learn, play and engage with friends and Educators. About You

About the role
- Work alongside the Centre Director and Administrator in the operations of the service
- Be guided and mentored through your career/succession plan
- Guide and mentor a passionate team of Educators
- Provide children with engaging learning experiences, including provocations
- Work with your colleagues on meaningful learning documentation and environments
- Be inspired with quality resources that are maintained and regularly refreshed
- Enjoy Breakfast on us in our spacious break room
- Build trusting relationships with families and children
- Reflect with and alongside your peers to promote best practices and positive outcomes
- Regular excursions to our bush kindy program, local school visits, and incursions

**Qualifications**:

- Hold an ACECQA-approved Diploma (or working towards)
- Hold a current Working with Children Check
- Have an understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework
- Hold a current ACECQA approved Asthma, Anaphylaxis, First aid and CPR certificate (or be willing to obtain)
