Full-time permanent position within prestigious Catholic college. For an experienced Bookkeeper or Finance Officer seeking to providing administration and operational support to a well run finance department.
- Requires 3 years minimum Bookkeeping experience
- Salary range: $73,712 - $79,759 per annum.
Salary is dependent on skills, experience, and qualifications.
- Brisbane Suburbs - NOT a WFH or Hybrid role
**A normal day **will see you looking after
- Manage cashless money collection systems, Xero accounts for College sub entities, petty cash and corporate cards
- Management of online Tuckshop/Bus Payment system - product set ups, reporting, uploading bus charge data from Bus Provider into the Tuckshop System and uploading data into School General Ledger
- Management of Fixed Assets register and asset audits;
- Prepare Finance reports eg BAS, GST & FBT done in a timely manner and on a regular basis;
- Assist the Director of Finance with financial reporting requirements for Management and Government
- Assist with preparation for interim & yearly audits;
- Month and Year-end processing and reconciliations
**You'll need**
- Comfortable working within the Catholic ethos of the College;
- Current Blue Card (Working with Children) or capable of attaining
- **_Minimum 3 years_** in a similar role;
- Ability to backfill in other Finance Team roles such as accounts payable and accounts receivable;
