**The Opportunity**:
Kinetic prides itself on delivering safe, clean and reliable bus services across Australia, New Zealand and Europe. Over the last 5 years we have been in a high growth phase, including the expansion of our bus and coach services across Western Australia. To continue to support this growth, we are seeking a **Sales Manager** who brings energy, enthusiasm and an attention to detail across their entire portfolio.

You will be at the helm of the Western Australia sales development strategy as you build our influence across a diverse number of sectors such as education, tourism & events, and resources. As a hands-on role, you will equally be comfortable performing the day-to-day sales activities such as creating quotes, sales administration and customer service. Joining a small and tight-knit team, you will be afforded the opportunity to work closely with the service delivery team, providing you with a full understanding of our operations.

**What you can expect**:

- Interrogate and research market to identify growth opportunities and new clients
- Identify and engage with new customers to establish relationships and business growth
- Account management of existing clients
- Planning and overseeing new marketing and brand awareness initiatives
- Ensuring all enquiries are actioned, quotes entered and conversions complete
- Interrogate cost modelling to ensure market competitiveness and appropriate margins
- Support and drive national commercial opportunities as required
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Provide weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reporting
- Support Operations Manager and drivers in the delivery of services

- Exceptional communication skills with an ability to establish rapport across a diverse client base
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects
- Demonstrated ability to implement best sales practice and drive continuous improvement
- Strong computer literacy in MS Office with the ability to learn in-house systems
