We design, manufacture and install modular buildings for education, affordable housing, mining, custodial and commercial sectors across all mainland Australian states. Our recreational vehicle work includes servicing as well as manufacture and distribute leading products. We work as One Fleetwood across our group of companies, including Building Solutions, Community Solutions and RV Solutions.

**About the role**:
As the Bid Coordinator, you will coordinate the full bid lifecycle and be involved in creating high-quality bid and tender responses, whilst supporting the sales team in managing new opportunities. This is a full time role based at our High Wycombe office.

**The key responsibilities of the role are to**:

- Coordinate the full bid process from start to finish, including creating new content.
- Write effective, concise and compelling content for bids and proposals.
- Review and understand bid documents, including EOIs, RFPs and tender documents
- Prepare and maintain all bid related documentation such as templates, standard responses and ensure production of high quality, timely and accurate bid submissions.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to help bring it all together.
- Coordinate and participate in bid and tender meetings, including client meetings.
- Coordinate commercial clarifications.
- Provide administrative assistance to the Sales department.
- Qualify incoming leads and allocate internally or externally.
- Participate and contribute to project-by-project bid strategies and win themes.

**About You**:
The successful applicant will be someone who has a high attention to detail and is driven by results. Playing an integral part within our sales process you will have great customer service and client management skills, coupled with the ability to think outside of the square. A high level of administration skills is required for this role, and the ability to prioritise and identify immediate sales opportunities is integral to the position.

**To be successful in this role you will demonstrate**:

- Previous experience as a Tender/Bid Coordinator is preferred, however this a great opportunity for a Project Coordinator or experienced Administrator with an interest in Business Development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to create effective presentations.
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent computer skills, specifically word and excel and use of internal databases.
- Adobe Suite skills, including InDesign (preferred but not essential)
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Good understanding of sales and marketing methodologies and practices.
- Previous experience working in the construction/building industry, or similar.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Highly adaptable and have the ability to shift gears and manage changing priorities.
- Commitment to the efficient and effective delivery of quality customer service.
