APG is currently seeking an experienced Procurement Officer for a 6-month contract within a Brisbane Government Sector.
- Pay Rate: $59.29 Per hour + Super
- Location: Brisbane
- Contract Duration: 6 Months
**Key**
**accountabilities**
- stakeholders, ensuring that risk, probity, and transparency requirements are addressed.
- Monitor and advise on financial, contract management and procurement systems compliance, in accordance with QPS policies and procedures and the State Procurement Policy.
- Negotiate and consult with internal and external stakeholders regarding procurement and contract related issues to identify specific business needs and to facilitate compliance within the required timeframes.
- Actively participate in an effective and professional procurement team, including drafting and negotiating Contracts.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal clients, vendors, and staff to ensure procurement services are responsive to current and future needs.
**Required Experience**:
- Experience in SAP, Knowledge of Supply Chain Methodology and/or Queensland Information Technology Contracting Framework is highly regarded.
