Steelman Fabrications Pty Ltd has a vacancy for a Metal Fabricator at their business. This is a 3-6 month Fixed Term Contract, full-time, Immediate start.

Due to overload of work we are urgently seeking highly skilled experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our team.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

Confident in your skills with demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of the team, been able to read shop drawings, fabricate, weld and use all associated tools to tradesman level.
To qualify for this position, you will need to have.
- Certificate III in Engineering (Fabrication Trade, Boiler Making Welding) or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $53,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Eagle Farm, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Metal fabrication: 5 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
