- Support internal and external customers through the provision of professional, friendly and helpful face to face, online and telephone interactions
- Provide sound administrative support around Fleet and Facility service requests and information management systems
- Assist administer document and record control system including updating registers and maintaining archived files and records
- Support staff with building, room and vehicle items, including relevant booking systems, and report any issues to the Fleet and Facilities Coordinator
