**Qualities Needed**:

- Bar experience is essential.
- Experience as Team Leader or Supervisor preferred.
- Pre-opening experience is valued.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Capable of resolving challenges efficiently and favourably.
- Commitment to creating a quality work environment and dining experience.

**Education and Experience**:

- Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management or higher preferred
- Food Handler Basics Training
- Responsible Service of Alcohol NSW

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $54,094.03 - $60,000.00 per year
