**How will I help?**

The Institutional Banking Service (IBS) business has a proud history of supporting the Westpac Institutional Bank (WIB) and their many different customers, products and stakeholders, with a focus on being a business unit that is equipped to meet the everchanging market. The Financial Market Operations (FMO) teams are in Sydney, with business currently generated through Auckland, Sydney, Singapore, London and New York, and a growing amount of volume from Asia.

This is a role that entails Wrap, Reconciliations, Funding Control and Cash Investigations cases resulting from the activities of the Westpac Institutional Banking (WIB) trading business. This role will also cover administration for the Nostro accounts that are used to conduct the business needs of the Westpac Institutional Banking (WIB) trading business

**What do I need?**
- Two years financial markets experience, preferable in a reconciliations function or two + years financial / accounting experience
- Knowledge of reconciliation systems, preferably TLM
- Tertiary qualifications and preferably accounting qualified (or currently studying)
- Excel,Word, and Powerpoint proficiency
- Experience and understanding of accounting policies, standards and controls
- Proven track record in data management and reconciliation processes
