**The Position**

Loreto College Marryatville seeks to appoint a collaborative and dynamic educational leader to provide leadership in the Junior School. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a future looking school with a strong reputation and positive culture.

Reporting to the Principal, and part of the College Executive Leadership Team, the Assistant Principal: Head of Junior School will lead and direct Reception to Year 6 staff, ensuring quality teaching and learning, a best practice approach to pedagogical and curriculum development, and the embodiment of the Loreto mission and values. With the Junior School staff and students currently flourishing, this is an opportunity to build and continue to develop excellence in all areas and create a strong vision. A key opportunity will be for the appointee to work with the incoming Principal who will commence in January 2024.

**The Organisation**

Loreto College Marryatville (Loreto College) is South Australia’s only all-girls independent Catholic day and boarding school, catering for students from Early Learning to Year 12. The College was established in 1905 and is set on beautiful heritage grounds.
