The College has an exciting full time permanent opportunity for an experienced and highly organised administration professional to support the Head of Middle School in the role of Personal Assistant.
**Your new role**
The Personal Assistant to the Head of Middle School is responsible for the delivery of a comprehensive and confidential administrative support service and is critical first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders including students, staff, families, representatives from other Educational institutions and visitors to the College.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Maintain Head of School’s calendar, organisation of School assemblies and committee meetings, preparation of agendas and minutes
- Reception duties including meeting and greeting students, parents, colleagues and visitors
- Administrative support including drafting of communication, data management, coordination of awards, arrangement of parent teacher meetings
- Support transition of new students at the commencement and throughout the academic year
- Database management
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered for this role, you will demonstrate the following:
- Exceptional written and communication skills
- Highly developed time management and organisational skills
- Proficiency with MS Office suite and be confident to learn new systems quickly
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality, use diplomacy, discretion, tact and interpersonal skills to work with astuteness in a sensitive environment
- Appreciation of, and commitment to the Christian values and ethos of the College
